I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Alamein and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the day of my departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The level of hospitality displayed by the staff at Rixos was truly remarkable. Whether it was with the front desk (Waleed, Rana, and Amer, Golf Cars staff 🙏, or the restaurant staff (Ahmed, Fouad, Mohamed and Eman), was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The team made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest throughout my entire stay. The restaurant staff were not only attentive but also provided exceptional service. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they ensured that I had a delightful dining experience. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate any dietary preferences or special requests. Overall, my stay at Rixos Alamein exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel's commitment to providing outstanding service and the genuine warmth of the staff made it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend Rixos Alamein to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay. To the entire team at Rixos, thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. The hotel is in a magnificent location, with all luxurious facilities you would need during your stay, but what really set them apart from other hotels in the same area is the staff, they are willing to take an extra step to make sure you are satisfied and happy, special thanks to the front office team Mr Mohamed & Menna Hagga for their help during our check in, they made sure we are left with a good first impression and Fulfill our special request in the room. Not to forget Menna from customer relations, who was checking with us regularly about our stay and if there’s anything we would need. I would go there again specifically for there outstanding staff, amazing location and delicious food (what else you would need) P.S try salt restaurant in the hotel they serve one of the best see food in sahel.

The service is Amazing from day one we entered- Special thanks to Miss Gihan was always happy to assist even before i reached the hotel , Mr Faramawy knew i was giving mum a treat and it was our first time ti visit he upgraded my room to a suite such a beautiful nice gesture from him 😊😊 thanks a-lot , Miss Merna helped us alot to finalize the check in process and kept us having our welcome drink sitting , the food ,beach and pools are amazing ,everything is classy and luxurious. Rooms are new ,spacious and have everything you wish for . The Room service is amazing . The people are always welcoming , smiling and ready to assist you anytime :) definitely wont be the last time to visit :)

Everything was beautiful and wonderful. The reception we got the rooms very quickly. The rooms were very clean. The food was wonderful. The sea was very special. The service was beautiful. The staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Moaz he is a great manager He helped us a lot. Islam at the reception and Jihan , Youmna in guest relations They were very professional. I want to I want to thank Raed he worked in the rooms in an amazing way without any mistake, and I do not forget to thank Islam Ali and Mohamed Al-Sayed at the infinity pool and Mohamed Baz at the beach bar They were amazing like super men.

The staff are very pleasant, polite, sweet, and cheerful. Upon check-in, they offered us an upgrade to junior suite in a nice gesture. The hotel is extremely clean, despite they are still in transitory phase from Regal heights to Rixos trademark. The beach is unbelievable with clean white sand and crystal clear blue water with gentle waves. The breakfast was very good.
